Yes. We strictly use outdoor-ready gear IP65 rated for dust and water resistance. All ground-stacked speakers are anchored against sudden wind gusts, structural tents are cleared by the Building and Construction Authority (BCA) - Professional Engineer (PE) when required, and all sensitive electrical systems are kept elevated and shaded to avoid overheating or short-circuiting during torrential rain.
-
Yes, the National Environment Agency (NEA) strictly enforces noise limits to minimize community disruption. For example:
Residential zones: Generally capped at 55 dB during the day and 50 dB after 10:30 PM.
Commercial zones: Capped at 70 dB during the day and 60 dB at night.
We use directional line-array speakers to focus audio directly on your audience rather than letting it bleed into surrounding neighborhoods, keeping your event compliant.
-
Our cold spark systems use a specialized titanium alloy granule that burns at a much lower temperature than traditional fireworks, creating no smoke and virtually no smell. However, because highly sensitive optical smoke detectors can sometimes misinterpret heavy haze or particulate clouds as smoke, we coordinate directly with the venue management to isolate specific fire zones temporarily during the activation.

We handle the technical paperwork! The use of stage effects, temporary structures, and pyrotechnics requires a Temporary Change of Use / Fire Safety Permit from the Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF). If outdoor fireworks are involved, clearance under the Dangerous Fireworks Act via the Singapore Police Force (SPF) is required. We work with certified Special Effects Operators and Licensed Electrical Workers (LEWs) to secure these approvals on your behalf.
-
Standard Corporate / Indoor Events: 4 to 6 weeks in advance.
Large-Scale Events / Permits Required: At least 3-6 months beforehand. Applications for SCDF fire safety permits, SPF public entertainment licenses, Professional Engineer (PE), IMDA arts entertainment licenses or Securing your wanted Venue require significant lead time.
